January 1st, the arbitrary day set by most of western cultures to begin the new year. It will be a first Monday and my first day of work this year, unlike the majority of folks who will have their first holiday of the year and probably their first major hangover to go with it. To those who read my blog, I thank you, and wish you and yours a happy and prosperous Year to Come.More than that, I hope you can make each step and each moment new, that you may see with new eyes the everyday things that make your life special, that you may live in the Eternal Now with as much joy as you can muster.
